1. Scope

All orders via our online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
Consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which, for the most part, cannot be attributed to his professional or self-employed activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal person who, when entering into a legal activity, acts in the exercise of his professional or self-employed activity.

2. Contract partner, conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with myElisa GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order using the correction tools provided for and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is made by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

When the contract is concluded with us, the method of payment you choose will be as follows:

Clear bill
We accept your order by sending an acceptance declaration in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.

Advance
We accept your order by sending an acceptance declaration in a separate email within two days, in which we will give you our bank connection.

Credit
By placing the order, you will also send us your credit card data. After your legitimacy as a legitimate card holder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In the ordering process you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data and confirm the payment instructions to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Immediately by Klarna

In the ordering process you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Apple. There you can enter your payment data and confirm the payment instructions to Apple. After placing the order in the shop, we invite Apple to start the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Google Pay
In the ordering process you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Google. There you can enter your payment data and confirm the payment instructions to Google. After placing the order in the shop, we invite Google to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Three. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. The text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

Four. Delivery

We deliver free of charge within Germany.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

When selecting the type of advance payment we will give you our bank connection in separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit

To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop we invite PayPal to start the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. Further information can be obtained during the order process.

After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice immediately, you must have a bank account that is free for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. Further information can be obtained during the order process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately thereafter and your account will be debited.

Giropays
After the order has been placed, you will be forwarded to your bank's website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account that is free for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. Further information can be obtained during the order process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately thereafter and your account will be debited.

Amazon Pay.
In the ordering process you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order process is completed in our online shop. In order to complete the order process via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and legitimize with your access data. There you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instructions to us. You will then be returned to our online shop where you can complete the order process.

Apple Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice via Apple Pay, you must use the browser "Safari" where Apple service providers are registered, which has activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment instructions. The payment transaction shall be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. Further information can be obtained during the order process.

Google Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice via Google Pay, you need to be registered with the Google Pay service provider that activated the Google Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions. The payment transaction shall be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. Further information can be obtained during the order process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna ABwww.klarna.deSweden 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase of invoices as payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that the payment has to be made to Klarna.
When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a 14-day payment deadline.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Seven. Transport

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the supplier as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. They help us, however, to make our own claims to the carrier. to be able to claim transport insurance.
